About us

We are a growing team of developers and consultants, based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, who help brand teams and agencies in the pharmaceutical industry make the most of CLM platforms such as Veeva and IQVIA OCE through app development and technical consultancy.


The opportunity

We are now looking for developers to join our growing team. Channeling your natural proclivity for problem solving, you’ll get stuck into the development of a range of email templates, presentations and other tools that enable sales reps to effectively interact with Healthcare professionals. You will be supported by the team to build your knowledge of what we do and how we do it and as we and our offering grow, you have a part to play in helping us to iterate and improve both our workflows and the software development solutions that we are able to offer to our clients.


What we are looking for from you - skills & experience

Essential

  • A minimum 2:1 degree level qualification in a subject with a significant programming component and/or 1-2 years commercial experience in developing front end web applications: HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript.
  • Strong grasp of web development fundamentals: element selection, document flow, responsive design concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinker and methodical problem solver.
  • A growth mindset and desire for improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

  • Competent using UI/UX process tools (e.g. wireframes, prototypes) to communicate ideas and explore design options.
  • Adobe suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Familiarity with a prominent web application framework (VueJS preferred).
  • Familiarity with good code reuse practices: modular components, composition, CSS specificity handling and naming schemes.
  • Experience developing mobile applications (iOS/Android), either using native code or web technologies.
